Smartphone is necessary item for Modern pepople. It's useful and convience. When we are search information or learn cooking, we can use the smartphone. But sometimes it have negative effects. For example we can watch YouTube or Instagram etc with smartphone. Then we difficult control to time. Particular kids need control by their parents. And if we have a lot of time use smartphone, we have affect unhealthy and eyes. Of couse, Smartphone have positive effects but opposite have negative effects. It is point, even if good somethings, if we use to excess, it can be poison.
